Andy is a senior associate with the firm. His practice involves all aspects of securities arbitration, bankruptcy, and other complex commercial disputes. He has represented a wide range of fraud and tort victims, including individual investors in bankrupt companies, bankruptcy debtors, and committees of creditors.
Before joining Gana Weinstein, Andy worked at two major international law firms in New York, where he handled all aspects of complex and expedited commercial litigation in a variety of forums, including bankruptcy court, federal district court, New York state court, and Delaware Chancery. This experience includes five trials in his first five years of practice.
During law school, Andy assisted NAACP LDF counsel to the petitioner in Buck v. Davis, 137 S. Ct. 759 (2017), in which the United States Supreme Court vacated Mr. Buck's death sentence and held that his constitutional rights were violated. He also worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable J. Paul Oetken of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Andy is originally from the southwest desert. Before law school, Andy briefly taught philosophy.
