Is the FINRA Arbitration Forum Fair to Investors?

It depends who you ask, really... It's fair, in that it's efficient, and that, uh, discovery, in some ways, are streamlined. But it's not fair to investors, because the people that make those determinations aren't – the determinations in their case aren't always, um, the most qualified. And so while I love arbitration, and think it's a great process for my clients, they should have the choice to go to court when they deem necessary.
