Christopher Lufrano
AttorneyChristopher L. Lufrano is a securities and investment litigation attorney licensed in Illinois and New York. He brings a unique, market-informed perspective to his practice, drawing on his prior experience as a fixed income trader at Morgan Stanley, where he held Series 7 and 63 licenses and developed a deep understanding of financial products, risk, and market dynamics.
Mr. Lufrano began his legal career in New York City focusing on securities law and regulatory defense, representing clients in matters involving broker misconduct, compliance issues, and investor disputes. While attending Pace Law School in the evenings, he graduated cum laude and gained hands-on experience through the John Jay Legal Services Investor's Rights Clinic, where he represented clients in FINRA arbitrations and mediations. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Lufrano worked as a claimant's attorney for a small, aggressive Manhattan law firm where he represented hundreds of clients who were broker fraud victims during the financial crisis. Then he moved from Manhattan to Chicago and founded his own law firm where he continued to represent investors in various investment-fraud schemes, including alternative investment fraud, suitability, and selling away claims. He has secured millions in awards and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Lufrano joins Gana Law with a distinctive background where he leverages his combined Wall Street and legal background to advocate for investors in complex disputes, providing practical and strategic guidance grounded in real-world financial experience.
